In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Calabasas Coyotes lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Birmingham Patriots.

The Coyotes now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Royal for a non-league test on Monday, March 6. Calabasas will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over La Canada (La Canada, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-2.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Notre Dame (SO) Knights (Sherman Oaks, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 10. Birmingham will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 17-4 non-league win over Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA).
