Santa Ana Valley Falcons (Santa Ana, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Loara Saxons (Anaheim, CA), 13-12 in a non-league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Laguna Beach for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 6.

With the loss, Loara falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Saxons travel to Westminster (Westminster, CA) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 8. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 5-3.
