Corinth Holders Pirates (Wendell, NC) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC), 6-5 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Corinth Holders upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Pirates host Rolesville (Rolesville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. The Rams enter the game with a record of 1-3. Rolesville lost 8-1 in their recent non-league game against Clayton (Clayton, NC)

The Patriots now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Garner for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. Apex Friendship will play a Trojans squad coming off a 13-5 non-league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 2-0.
