Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their baseball team beat the visiting Thatcher Eagles (Thatcher, AZ), 13-3 in a non-league game.

The Cougars (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Tuba City (Tuba City, AZ). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Tuba City was overwhelmed by Snowflake (Snowflake, AZ), 17-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Eagles play the ALA - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 5. Thatcher will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 1-3 record after their 19-0 non-league win over Palo Verde (Tucson, AZ).
