California High School Lacrosse - Point Loma drops to Coronado
March 3, 2026: Coronado, CA 92118 Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA), 15-1 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Coronado advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Islanders host Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league battle on Friday, March 6. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Pointers now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to San Dieguito Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 5. Point Loma will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 13-6 non-league loss to Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
