Texas High School Softball - Foster tipped by Liberty
March 3, 2026: Richmond, TX 77469 Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX) fans exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their softball team tip the host Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.
The Panthers (17-5) will now prepare for their match against Hargrave (Huffman, TX). The Falcons come into the 4A Region III District 19 match with a 12-5 record. In their last match, Hargrave nipped Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX), 6-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 match, on Friday, March 6. Foster will attempt to better on its 12-7 season record. The Longhorns come into the match with a 6-2 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to St. Agnes Academy (Houston, TX).
