Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host El Camino Real Royals (Woodland Hills, CA), 10-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Griffins now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saint Francis for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 1. Los Alamitos will battle a Lancers squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Esperanza (Anaheim, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, El Camino Real falls to 12-4 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Esperanza (Anaheim, CA) to battle the Aztecs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 1.
