March 30, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21229 Dunbar Poets (Baltimore, MD) backers went home happy Thursday as they saw their baseball squad edge the host Edmondson-Westside Red Storm (Baltimore, MD), 7-6 in a league battle.
Coming up next, the Poets play the New Town (Owings Mills, MD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 4. Dunbar will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 league win over Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD).
The Red Storm now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest Park for a Baltimore City Division III battle on Friday, April 14. Edmondson-Westside will play a Foresters squad coming off a 16-3 league loss to Dunbar (Baltimore, MD). The Foresters record now stands at 0-2.
