California High School Lacrosse - Downey overwhelms California
March 30, 2023: Downey, CA 90241 The crowd at Thursday's non-league game between the Downey Vikings (Downey, CA) and the visiting California Condors (Whittier, CA), saw Downey's lacrosse team top California by a margin of 12-1.
The Vikings (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Millikan (Long Beach, CA). The Rams go into the Moore match with a 6-3 record.
The Condors (3-7) will now prepare for their match against Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA). The Royals go into the non-league match with a 7-6 record. In their last match, Rosary Academy prevailed over Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA), 9-6, in a league match.
