March 30, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28212 A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC), 8-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, A.L. Brown upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Wonders host Mooresville (Mooresville, NC) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Friday, March 31. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 4-7. Mooresville lost 10-9 in their recent non-league test against Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC)
With the defeat, East Mecklenburg falls to 4-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Independence (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Monday, April 3. The Patriots enter the bout with a record of 0-6. Independence lost 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Providence (Charlotte, NC)
