Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - State College overwhelms Mechanicsburg
March 30, 2023: State College, PA 16801 The State College Little Lions (State College, PA) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA), 13-3 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, State College upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Little Lions travel to Carlisle (Carlisle, PA) to battle the Thundering Herd in a Mid-Penn outing on Tuesday, April 4. The Thundering Herd go into the outing with a record of 1-3. Carlisle lost 14-6 in their recent league outing against Red Land (Lewisberry, PA)
With the defeat, Mechanicsburg drops to 2-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA) to battle the Eagles in a Mid-Penn outing on Tuesday, April 4. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 3-1. Cumberland Valley lost 13-6 in their recent non-league outing against Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA)
