Indiana High School Baseball - Forest Park wallops Smyrna
March 30, 2024: Ferdinand, IN 47532 Forest Park Rangers (Ferdinand, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Smyrna Bulldogs (Smyrna, TN), 12-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Forest Park upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Rangers travel to Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN) to battle the Titans in a Pocket test on Tuesday, April 2. The Titans come into the test with a record of 1-3. Gibson Southern lost 9-3 in their recent non-league test against Southwestern (Hanover, IN)
With the defeat, Smyrna falls to 0-8 on the season. The Bulldogs host Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN) to battle the Red Hawks in a 4A District 8 test on Tuesday, April 2. The Red Hawks come into the test with a record of 4-6.
