Iowa High School Soccer - Pleasant Valley knocks off Wahlert
March 30, 2024: Pleasant Valley, IA 52767 Pleasant Valley Spartans (Pleasant Valley, IA) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Wahlert Golden Eagles (Dubuque, IA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans face the Davenport Central Blue Devils (Davenport, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 1. Pleasant Valley will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Burlington (Burlington, IA).
The Golden Eagles now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hempstead for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9.
