Arkansas High School Softball - Clinton nudges Lamar
March 30, 2024: Clinton, AR 72031 Clinton Yellowjackets (Clinton, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lamar Warriors (Lamar, AR), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Yellowjackets now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mills University Studies for a 4A Region 5 challenge on Monday, April 1.
With the loss, Lamar falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Dover (Dover, AR) to battle the Pirates in a 3A Region 5 challenge on Monday, April 1. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 6-10. Dover lost 9-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Bigelow (Bigelow, AR)
