Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), 24-3 in a non-league test.

The Cougars now hold a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Reedley for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 31. Foothill will play a Pirates team coming off a 14-0 league loss to Exeter (Exeter, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 7-6.

With the defeat, Hoover drops to 0-11 on the year. The Patriots travel to Oakmont (Roseville, CA) to play the Vikings in a non-league test on Monday, March 30. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 8-8. Oakmont won 7-0 in their recent league test against Center (Antelope, CA)
