Fans at Monday's league contest between the Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV) and the host Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV), observed Riverside's baseball squad overcome Huntington by a final score of 9-7.

With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Warriors host Capital (Charleston, WV) to confront the Cougars in a Mountain State contest on Friday, April 3. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 1-6.

The Highlanders now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkersburg South for a Two Rivers battle on Monday, March 30. Huntington will face a Patriots team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.
