In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Pine Lake Prep Pride baseball team scored a close 14-7 win over the St. Stephens Indians.

The Pride (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Crusaders come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Christ the King tipped South Iredell (Statesville, NC), 9-5, in a non-league match.
