Tennessee High School Baseball - Greeneville defeats King's Academy
March 31, 2022: Seymour, TN 37865 Greeneville Green Devils (Greeneville, TN) boosters went home happy Thursday as they saw their baseball squad beat the host King's Academy Lions (Seymour, TN), 8-2 in a non-league battle.
Coming up next, the Green Devils play the Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 1. Greeneville will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Middle Tennessee Christian (Murfreesboro, TN).
The Lions now sport a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pigeon Forge for a non-league battle on Friday, April 1. King's Academy will play a Tigers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Alcoa (Alcoa, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.
