The Pulaski County Maroons routed the visiting South Laurel Cardinals softball squad by a final score of 13-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Maroons (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Russell County (Russell Springs, KY). The Lakers go into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record.

The Cardinals now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Todd County Central for a non-league battle on Monday, April 4. South Laurel will meet a Rebels squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Monroe County (Tompkinsville, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 7-3.
