Maryland High School Lacrosse - Bishop McNamara drops to Our Lady of Good Counsel
March 31, 2023: Forestville, MD 20747 Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD), 18-1 in a league test.
The Falcons now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bullis for a non-league test on Saturday, April 1. Our Lady of Good Counsel will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to Gonzaga (Washington, DC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 4. Bishop McNamara will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 18-1 league loss to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA).
