With the triumph, Walton-Verona moves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Owen County (Owenton, KY) to confront the Rebels in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Rebels come into the contest with a record of 5-2. Owen County won 7-3 in their recent non-league contest against Calvary Christian (Covington, KY)
The Wildcats now possess a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frankfort for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 3. Gallatin County will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 5-5.
