March 31, 2025: Lorain, OH 44052 Rocky River Pirates (Rocky River, OH) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Lorain Titans (Lorain, OH), 7-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Rocky River advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Pirates host Midview (Grafton, OH) to battle the Middies in a non-league match on Thursday, April 3. The Middies come into the match with a record of 1-2. Midview lost 9-1 in their recent league match against Steele (Amherst, OH)
The Titans now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sandusky for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 1. Lorain will battle a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 16-4 non-league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 3-0.
