Illinois High School Volleyball - Latin tips Nazareth Academy

In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Latin Romans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners.

The Romans (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL). The Dons come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Niles Notre Dame was nudged by Niles West (Skokie, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Roadrunners play the Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Nazareth Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bremen (Midlothian, IL).
