In Monday's non-league bout, the Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ), by a score of 12-3.

Next up, the Knights encounter the Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ) in a bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Higley will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ).

The Pioneers (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ). The Huskies enter the non-league bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Horizon achieved victory over Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ), 12-8, in a league bout.
