March 31, 2025: Covington, KY 41014 The Holy Cross Indians (Covington, KY) baseball trounced the host Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY), 7-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Indians now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cooper for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. Holy Cross will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Campbell County (Alexandria, KY). The Jaguars record now stands at 5-0.
With the defeat, Holmes drops to 1-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
