March 31, 2025: Gainesville, VA 20155 In Monday's non-league contest, the host Gainesville Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a tight 4-1 triumph over the Kettle Run Cougars.
The Cardinals (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Brentsville District held off Heritage (Leesburg, VA), 11-10, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cougars meet the Rock Ridge Phoenix (Ashburn, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 3. Kettle Run will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Phoenix go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Park View (Sterling, VA).
