Arkansas High School Softball - Hoxie can't get by East Poinsett County
March 31, 2025: Hoxie, AR 72433 East Poinsett County Warriors (Lepanto, AR) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Hoxie Mustangs (Hoxie, AR), 11-10 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, East Poinsett County upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Warriors host Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 2. The Indians enter the game with a record of 3-3. Marked Tree won 10-1 in their recent league game against Maynard (Maynard, AR)
The Mustangs now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Harrisburg for a 3A Region 3 game on Tuesday, April 1. Hoxie will play a Hornets squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 8-3.
