The Tigers now own a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elba for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 7. Luverne will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Geneva County (Hartford, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-9.
With the defeat, Samson drops to 3-10 on the year. The Tigers travel to Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL) to clash with the Hoboes in a non-league test on Thursday, April 2. The Hoboes go into the test with a record of 3-15. Laurel Hill lost 9-1 in their recent non-league bout against Pleasant Home (Andalusia, AL)
