Tri-County Academy Rebels (Flora, MS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Manchester Academy Mavericks (Yazoo City, MS), 10-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Tri-County Academy upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Rebels travel to Jackson Prep (Jackson, MS) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Monday, March 8. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 10-2. Jackson Prep lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS)

With the defeat, Manchester Academy falls to 2-1 on the season. The Mavericks host Benton Academy (Benton, MS) to battle the Raiders in a MAIS AA District 4 test on Tuesday, March 9. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 0-1.
