March 4, 2022: El Cajon, CA 92019 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) and the visiting Coastal Academy Stingrays (Oceanside, CA), saw Granite Hills's volleyball squad nip Coastal Academy by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Granite Hills upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Mission Vista (Oceanside, CA) to play the in a non-league bout on Friday, March 4. The go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Mission Vista won 3-0 in their recent league bout against San Pasqual (Escondido, CA)
The Stingrays now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Escondido Adventist Academy for a Pacific bout on Tuesday, March 8. Coastal Academy will play a Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Loma Linda Academy (Loma Linda, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-2.
