The Garrison Bulldogs softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Newton Eagles to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Garrison improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Shelbyville (Shelbyville, TX) to clash with the Dragons in a 2A Region III District 22 game on Friday, March 11. The Dragons come into the game with a record of 5-8.
