March 4, 2023: Ganado, TX 77962 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Ganado Indians (Ganado, TX) and the visiting Wharton Tigers (Wharton, TX), saw Ganado's baseball squad knock off Wharton by a count of 7-2.
Coming up next, the Indians play the Brazos Cougars (Wallis, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 9. Ganado will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 2-0 league win over Hitchcock (Hitchcock, TX).
The Tigers now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Navasota for a 4A Region IV District 25 battle on Friday, March 10.
