California High School Volleyball - Serra tips Balboa
March 4, 2023: San Francisco, CA 94112 Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Padres battle the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a WCAL match, on Tuesday, March 7. Serra will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Lancers come into the match with a 4-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA).
With the loss, Balboa drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 7. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 3-1. Burlingame lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against California Crosspoint (Hayward, CA)
