The Boerne Greyhounds routed the host Hebbronville Longhorns softball squad by a final score of 17-8 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Greyhounds (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cigarroa (Laredo, TX). The Toros go into the non-league battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Cigarroa was routed by Roma (Roma, TX), 20-2, in a league battle.
