Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Metrolina Christian Academy upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 5. The Buccaneers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Charlotte Country Day School lost 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC)

With the defeat, Christ the King falls to 1-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to battle the Pride in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A test on Tuesday, March 5.
