Alabama High School Softball - Brantley bounces Georgiana
March 4, 2024: Georgiana, AL 36033 The Brantley Bulldogs routed the host Georgiana Panthers softball squad by a final score of 18-0 in Monday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wicksburg (Newton, AL). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Wicksburg notched a victory over Samson (Samson, AL), 15-0, in a league battle.
The Panthers now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to McKenzie for a 1A Area 3 battle on Tuesday, March 5. Georgiana will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Straughn (Andalusia, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.
