Georgia High School Baseball - Marist defeats Hillgrove
March 4, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30319 The Marist War Eagles baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Hillgrove Hawks to 2 in the War Eagles non-league win on Tuesday.
The War Eagles now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tucker for a 4A Area 5 test on Wednesday, March 5. Marist will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Marist (Atlanta, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-8.
With the defeat, Hillgrove drops to 3-4 on the year. The Hawks travel to Loganville (Loganville, GA) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 5-3. Loganville won 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS)
