Florida High School Volleyball - Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate can't get by Tampa Bay HEAT
March 4, 2025: Tampa, FL 33612 Tampa Bay HEAT (Brandon, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate Phoenix (Tampa, FL), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Tampa Bay HEAT improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The travel to Winthrop College Prep Academy (Riverview, FL) to face the Spartans in a 1A D2 test on Thursday, March 6. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 1-1. Winthrop College Prep Academy won 3-1 in their recent league test against Foundation Christian Academy (Valrico, FL)
The Phoenix now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zephyrhills Christian Academy for a 1A D3 test on Thursday, March 6. Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
