March 4, 2025: Sioux City, IA 51105 Xavier Saints (Cedar Rapids, IA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders (Sioux City, IA), 71-57 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Xavier advances its record to 26-4 on the year. The Saints travel to Norwalk (Norwalk, IA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Thursday, March 6. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 23-1. Norwalk won 56-54 in their recent non-league match against Central DeWitt (DeWitt, IA)
The Crusaders now own a 21-3 record.
