March 4, 2025: Columbia, SC 29223 The Richland Northeast Cavaliers soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Westwood Redhawks to 1 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cavaliers now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Dreher for a bout on Tuesday, March 11. Richland Northeast will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 5-2 league win over Camden (Camden, SC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Westwood moves to 1-1 on the year. The Redhawks travel to Airport (West Columbia, SC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 5. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Airport lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Aiken (Aiken, SC)
