March 4, 2025: Dalton, GA 30722 The Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Haralson County Rebels (Tallapoosa, GA), 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Lions now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they host North Murray for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. Christian Heritage will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Haralson County moves to 0-6 on the year. The Rebels travel to Pepperell (Lindale, GA) to encounter the Dragons in a 1A D-I Area 6 challenge on Thursday, March 6. The Dragons go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Pepperell lost 6-1 in their recent non-league challenge against South Paulding (Douglasville, GA)
