The Valley Center Jaguars got by the visiting Hilltop Lancers softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Maranatha Christian Eagles (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 5. Valley Center will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
