Jordan Panthers (Long Beach, CA) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA), 1-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Jordan advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, March 6. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 2-2. Gabrielino lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against San Marino (San Marino, CA)

Next, the Panthers play the Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 7. Polytechnic will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 3-4 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Sultana (Hesperia, CA).
