Irmo Yellowjackets (Columbia, SC) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting White Knoll Timberwolves (Lexington, SC), 7-6 in a non-league battle.

The Yellowjackets now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heathwood Hall Episcopal for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 13.

In their next game, the Timberwolves clash with the Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC) in a 5A District 3 battle, on Monday, March 8. White Knoll will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to Chapin (Chapin, SC).
