California High School Volleyball - La Canada tips La Serna
March 5, 2022: Whittier, CA 90605 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the La Canada Spartans (La Canada, CA) and the host La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA), saw La Canada's volleyball squad nip La Serna by a tally of 1-0.
With the win, La Canada upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Arcadia (Arcadia, CA) to play the Apaches in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. The Apaches go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Arcadia won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Maranatha (Pasadena, CA)
The Lancers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Downey for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 8. La Serna will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-4.
