Tennessee High School Lacrosse - Summit gets by Signal Mountain
March 5, 2022: Signal Mountain, TN 37377 The crowd at Saturday's non-league game between the Summit Spartans (Spring Hill, TN) and the host Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN), saw Summit's lacrosse team nudge Signal Mountain by a margin of 14-13.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Independence (Thompson's Station, TN). The Eagles enter the game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Independence was tipped by Hendersonville Spartans [Hendersonville/Beech/Hyde/Station Camp/Aaron Academy] (Hendersonville, TN), 19-3, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Ooltewah Owls (Ooltewah, TN) in a Southeast battle, on Tuesday, March 8. Signal Mountain will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Owls come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to Pope John Paul II (Hendersonville, TN).
