California High School Lacrosse - Cardinal Newman drops to University
March 5, 2022: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 In Saturday's league test, the visiting University Red Devils lacrosse squad scored a good 15-2 victory over the Cardinal Newman Cardinals.
The Red Devils now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Terra Linda for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 8. University will face a Trojans squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Lick-Wilmerding (San Francisco, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 17. Cardinal Newman will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
