North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Lake Norman can't get by Centennial
March 5, 2022: Mooresville, NC 28117 Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC), 8-7 in a non-league test.
The Knights now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chattahoochee for a 6A-7A Area 1 test on Monday, March 7. Centennial will face a Cougars squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to Buford (Buford, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 7. Lake Norman will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Greenies come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Durham Academy (Durham, NC).
