Texas High School Softball - East View bounces Lampasas
March 5, 2022: Georgetown, TX 78626 East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lampasas Badgers (Lampasas, TX), 12-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Glenn for a 5A Region IV District 25 challenge on Tuesday, March 8. East View will battle a Grizzlies squad coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 13-5.
With the loss, Lampasas falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Badgers host Burnet (Burnet, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 9-2.
