Alabama High School Softball - Phil Campbell holds off Hackleburg
March 5, 2022: Hackleburg, AL 35564 Phil Campbell Bobcats (Phil Campbell, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Hackleburg Panthers (Hackleburg, AL), 7-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Bobcats now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belgreen for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 7. Phil Campbell will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Tharptown (Russellville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Hackleburg falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Tharptown (Russellville, AL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 5. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. Tharptown won 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Cherokee (Cherokee, AL)
